I have mixed feelings about this product. Yes it did help relieve the pain I would get all through my upper arm. It would become painful to lift my arm over my head, but I feel that the mouse is kind of wonky in that it shifts from where I'm placing it (the arrow on the monitor) sometimes and that is quite annoying. So I feel like I have less control. I also have to disagree with other reviewers who thought it was too long. I think it isn't long enough. The forearm needs to be on the mat before having your wrist over the incline and because of the design the cut outs at both ends creates a prettier mat but it takes off usable surface. So after placing your wrist over the incline it leaves little surface to move the mouse. I think if they added a couple inches, one to each side, it would be much better. I am giving the product 4 stars and recommending it because the product was made to alleviate pain in the arm and it does that. ... show more

My carpal tunnel has been getting worse these past few years, especially after working from home and being mostly laptop based, sitting at on old dining table turned work desk. I had no idea there was such a thing as ergonomic mouse pads, but I am so glad to have discovered them! The subtle angle of having my wrist bending forward/down with padded support for my hand and forearm versus my wrist bending slightly upwards only on the desk has made such a difference! Certainly less ache and pain, which is worth it. And they have some cute designs, too :) ... show more

Within the first hour of using it a air bubble formed under the vinyl design they glued to the memory foam. still, very comfortable and very pretty. just wish it was glued better. good bang for your buck tho. can't really complain for the low price!

I have chronic joint pain that becomes worse being at the computer all day, particularly my mouse hand. A mouse pad with a wrist rest actually puts more pressure on my wrist, and makes my pain worse. Using this mouse pad, paired with a 33 degree or vertical mouse, has definitely helped. It supports my entire forearm, and lets me hold my wrist in a more comfortable position. Although it can't fix my crappy joints, it does improve the pain significantly. My only problem is that because of the slope, the mouse often slides off the pad when I release it to use the keyboard. Shy of adjusting gravity, I don't know that this could be improved upon. Anyway, it's a good design, and I highly recommend it! ... show more

I don't have a lot of desk real estate, especially in terms of depth, so this small pad is more ideal. Unfortunately, there's not a lot of room when your wrist is on the central "hump" to move your mouse, outside of just pivoting at the wrist. The material is nice though. It's weightier and more dense than the usual upholstery foam and feels more like gel. The fabric is standard volleyball shorts spandex kinda deal. And when you do perch your wrist on the little mound, it does feel really good. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG DESIGN THOUGH. It was supposed to be the blue and white one, but I got the nebula-lookin' one. It's cool. It's the holidays and I don't feel like rating badly over just that. Anyway, it's a'ight. I'd spring for a bigger one or maybe a design that doesn't put the wrist rest right in the center. ... show more

The little mousepads with a bump at the bottom ain't got nothing on this in terms of comfort. The catch is the ridiculous length. I know they emphasize how long it is, but nothing will prepare you for how *long* it is. The dumb part is that the bottom 3.5" don't even need to be there for you to get the benefits out of this! I'm literally trying to think of ways to cleanly slice that bottom part off. (Might try a very sharp chef's knife?) Your arm basically never rests across the entire thing, because in a seated position, with the position of a normal chair's armrest, your arm will never reach that far. I have to hang that 3.5" off of the desk to make it work. The only way you will ever reasonably get your arm at the correct position without hanging the pad off the desk is to somehow have your chest maybe 2 inches away from your desk, which is only possible when using a standing desk or a chair with no arms. (I have a standing desk.) If they made a slightly shorter version of this, I'd buy it in a heartbeat, no questions asked. (If you do, SOUNDANCE, slide in my DMs, or whatever the Amazon equivalent is.) I can live with it hanging off the desk. It just looks dumb. I'm not angry, just disappointed. But still quite comfortable. I wish I could give it a 3.5 rating. ... show more
