The manual is badly written. Does not tell you what the manual buttons on the winch do or anything about proper hookup and use of remote control. In a bag are 2 little black things with a spring on each one, I have no idea what they are for.

I ordered this to be able to lower and raise my lawnmower behind my workshop/garage. The landscaping is not lawn mower friendly and I am not strong enough to lift it that far around the property. This was super easy to use. We had 60+ bales to move before it rained in 2 different barns. Everything moved smoothly and the hay was stacked in time. The device is heavy (I'm 70 year old lady) but once it is secured on a beam the remote worked as planned. Definitely recommend this.

I've had it for about 6 months and it only has a90 day warranty and there is a reason for that, I just it about 10 to 12 times to pickup stuff and it seized up, so I would not recommend this, but when it worked, it worked great
