We bought this for our lake house pier and finally used it, but the pins that hold it in an upright position are small and they are not attached to the ladder. So we have already lost the pins. The pins need to be attached to the ladder so that when you lower the ladder they don't fall in the water.

First of all, they do not give you an instruction manual. Not just mine, every youtuber says the same. The welding looks like a toddler did it. After spending hours on this jigsaw puzzle I discovered one of the brackets was welded backwards and incapable of using the bolts to attach a step. This is a cheap, subpar product. Don't buy. They did however use 2 and half miles worth of shrink wrap for every piece. ... show more
