No plastic found on this setup! This blows my old harbor freight and home depot trailer away. Instructions could be better but not they're terrible. Got a few steps in and had to unbolt and flip around two pieces. You will want an impact driver, I can't imaging putting this together with the hand wrenches supplied. Took me a couple hours to put together by myself even with the mistake on my end. But overall the V-bar is thicker than most, the L brackets as well, where previous big box store trailers are plastic L brackets. Has an actual handle instead of a thin lever for dumping, and a spot for a cotter pin to lock the dumping mechanism in place. Overall, its $100+ less than box stores, it did take a few days to arrived, but arrived on time. This is my 3rd trailer in 10 years and this one will certainly last much longer than the first two. ... show more

Good trailer,wheel worped the first time I banged a tree a little bit my fault also, descent trailer for yard work ,wheels bolt on the outside instead of on axle.

On two occasions I lost the trailer with a modest load while traveling in the pasture. The first time was coming up hill with a load , the second was taking a single garbage can downhill to the road. Fortunately no one was hurt, but could have been. In the photos you can see the upper portion of the hitch is bent. The loaded trailer wieght had that part of the hitch bent up to where the pin released the trailer which went headlong down the hill. In each case the load was to the front of the trailer. I was using a magnetic pin which I have used in my old trailer or years and never had an issue with loads that we well over 150lbs. That old trailer which I had for over 10 years had a maximum load of 250lbs, this one is 750lbs but with less than 150 lbs the upper part of the trailer attachment bent. The picture is after I had to use a hammer to get that upper part where I could align and insert the pin to continue to tow the trailer. That part of the trailer is the weak link with this trailer. It looks as if I am going to have to have fabricated a much more substantial piece of steel to make this safe. In no way would I attempt to put more wieght on this trailer until that piece is replaced. I might add that when you use the dumping of the trailer make sure you double check that is is adequately latched when you lower it back down. It doesn't always line up correctly. It may appear to be latched but it is not completely so. ... show more

You'll want two people to put it together and have to use your brain to figure where the parts go as instructions are lame amd even incorrect. But once you re do it 3 or 4 times the final product is robust for a lawn cart.

I ordered this cart to put my portable welder on. The picture with measurements on Amazon are way off. Instead of the outside measurement being 42.1, the measurements for outside the tubing width is 28" and inside 26" width. I needed 28" inside width. The inside length is 52", outside 54". One inch tubing is the frame tubing size. I can't use it now, wasted a lot of money because the picture with measurements is incorrect. Can't return since its assembled. ... show more

TIP: find YouTube vid instructions and DO NOT tighten bolts until end. U will find that bolts secure multiple pcs & panels. Unbelievable how bad the instructions are laid out. No words, wrong depiction of orientation, ass-backwards is best I can say. Beware to be bewildered cocking ur head sideways like a dog confused why he’s not getting the treat immediately. Amazes me the companies don’t bring in a college kid for $20 and say follow the instructions - then take notes on where get confused and subsequently improve? ... show more
