    • Darker Blue Than The Pic
This is the second of these trash cans I've bought--the first was gray, which I'm really happy with. With this one, however, I bought it to switch up the colors and thought it would be light blue, like in the photo--it's not. It's a darker, more royal blue like a recycling container--not at all what I was looking for, since I wanted to use it for garbage and not for recycling and I don't want my trash pick-up guys to get confused. It was too bulky to return, so I'll find a use for it, but if the color is important to you and you don't want it to be confused with a recycling container, go for a different color. On the flip side, it's a good size, seems durable (my trash pick up people don't hurl my cans on the ground when they're done with them, so I don't know how they'd hold up under those conditions) but I really do like the can and the wheels are sturdy. I'm not sure it says it in the description, but the can itself IS recyclable hard plastic (don't ask me how one removes the wheels in order to recycle it), so that's a plus if I ever want to dispose of it. It's a good can, but if you want the blue one, it doesn't look like the pic, it's dark blue like a recycling bin. ... show more

Great invention. Small enough so my town will empty it. Holds at least twice the contents of our town's recycle bins. So pleased not to have to carry dirty, heavy bins to the curb every week.

My new garbage pickup required a 32 gallon bin. I wanted one with an attached lid, so I would not have to find it in the weeds or traffic after a windy garbage day. I got this one for recycling, and a matching Vestil TH-32-GY Polyethylene 32-Gallon Trash Can, 22" Length x 37-1/2" Height, Gray for garbage. (I attached Recycle and Trash Vinyl Lettering Decal Sticker (4" x 4", White) so everyone would know which was which.)They're narrow enough that they fit well in the corner of my garage near the door to the house, making it easy to access.
