Took my son to a mattress store and he ended up paying $800 for a full size mattress and frame. His mattress is a bit firmer than this one but this mattress here is way better. It’s perfect… I ordered it for my daughter and now I want one for myself. It’s not firm and has cushion that makes it feel wonderful. I bought my daughter this full mattress and a frame on Amazon and paid $300 with tax. My poor son was pretty upset he’d spent more money on his and it is to firm for his liking. I’m totally buying myself a mattress like this one. Highly recommend ... show more

UPDATE - 10 days in Not only has the mattress not flattened itself out (the top half is noticeably taller/firmer than the bottom), but the "padding" that is supposedly several inches thick is also barely attached - it's already coming up in the middle. It's uncomfortable, my back hurts more every night, and the quality is abysmal. What a rip-off. Going to see if someone locally wants it for a spare room where it won't cause chronic back pain, and I'mjust going to buy a better mattress and eat the cost. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. --- It's my first night with the mattress, and I can already tell that it is not what the pictures would lead you to believe. I don't know where all these supposed layers of foam and padding are - I can feel the springs on the side of the mattress and they go all the way up to the quilted layer. Sitting on it I can feel individual springs in some spots. Sitting on the edge I can feel the springs on the sides bending outward instead of straight down - there does not seem to be any real structure to keep the springs under control. Even my full memory foam mattress didn't sink this much on the edges. Will update after a few nights sleeping on it, but so far I am not impressed. I'll give it a couple nights to see if the sleeping experience is any better ... show more

UPDATE: We reached out to Amazon about the quality of the mattress. They sent us to Dai Eva (the mattress company) and they sent me back to Amazon. It seems no one wants to make things right. I highly caution buying from this mattress company since a reputable company would stand by their product. At first we were thrilled with this mattress. It was soft and easy to assemble (just open the bag) However after only a few months, you can feel the springs through the layers and they dig into your body (shoulders, back, and hips). This is very disappointing- the mattress should have lasted years not months. ... show more
