I purchased the 10" medium plush queen mattress. It arrived within a week. I was able to unbox and set it up myself. Just follow the instructions. It is a substantial weight (quality materials). There are strips of clear tape to remove from plastic packaging before unrolling. As soon as it unrolls you will see all of the spring outlines under the bottom material. I liked seeing how perfectly placed they all were. After mattress expands, they disappear. It expands bottom side up so I flipped it over after 24 hours and majority of expanding had completed. I didn't lay on it for 48 hrs after opening so it had more expansion time. The fabric has a nice softness to it. Feels nice and quality sewing and workmanship. It has, to me, a medium firm feel, which I like because it is good for the back. I am sleeping well on it. The seller even sends a personal email, after you receive the mattress, to assure you are happy with their product and to let you know that it will still continue expanding a bit for a while longer.
