The tortilla press arrived with the handle broken off. I contacted Verve Culture via e-mail. Within 10 minutes, I received a response. I forwarded a photo of the broken press and within less than a week, a new tortilla press arrived in one piece, along with a couple of bottles of sauces. I love this tortilla press! It’s easy to use, and to keep clean. I’m also a sucker for the beautiful towel that came with it! It’s so pretty, and keeps the tortillas nice and warm. You won’t be disappointed!
