I use this in my Vertyx Contingency duffel bag to hold a kydex IWB holster and g48 mos while I’m not wearing it. The Velcro does a pretty good job at keeping anything from sliding around or having a loose firearm in my bag, but really struggles to support the weight of the gun in a stable fashion. It doesn’t do the best at holding on to the holster in the event of needing to draw the weapon either. Not saying it’s not possible, but I wouldn’t want to rely on this for a more permanent off body carry set up. ... show more

Once i figured out how to put it in my Vertx bag, it works well. I have a belt loop Blackhawk Sherpa holster for both a full size pistol and conceal carry size pistol and this adapter panel works great for both of them.
