Insert will not properly seat on the RH turning tool (see photo). Approximately 1mm gap even with the screw fully tightened. RH turning tool is unusable as received. Lots of burrs and sharp edges on all of the tools that need removed.

2 of the 4 holders would not allow the carbide insert to seat properly. When tightened, the screw forced the rear vertical edge of the insert against the vertical holder seat which raised the bottom of the insert off of it's seat .030" at the front of the bottom seat which is below the cutting edge. This is due to the incorrect angle of the vertical seats in the holder. Also, there are burrs on the outer edges of the holder that would need to be removed before use. ... show more
