I've been using these as a class set for a couple of months now and so far they have held up well. High school students can break almost anything so I figure if they were going to fall apart the probably would have already. They seem to stay sharp too!

With 4 kids we can't have enough scissors around. I started to think the kids are eating them because somehow we buy them scissors for school each year, they bring them home at the end of the year, and we never have any around the house. These are cheap, so know that these are not Fiskars or something. They work, and are good enough for casual use... and apparently do not taste as good as the school ones because we still can find them! I was very disappointed that these scissors did not cut t-shirt material as expected, particularly since they were purchase specifically for a craft project using t-shirts. If the t-shirt material is stretched taunt, the scissors will cut, but very ragged. These will be great for other projects, but not for the project intended.
