I tried the shoes with and without the insoles and they were comfortable both ways. They look super cute, quality is excellent. A little uncomfortable at the part where the shoe ends and hits the lower leg, but nothing some crew socks can’t fix. Love them!

These boots are a fabulous purchase, I will say tho they aren’t entirely friendly to wider feet, if you have a pair shoe expanders they work to stretch the boots enough to take the pressure off the spots hurting your feet. Very true to size besides being on the narrow side. They look amazing, the zipper quality is on par with a pair of boots purchased at a shoe/boot store and boot quality they held up to walking into work, walking around all day and after when I went trick or treating. ... show more

Update: after posting my original review the company contacted me right away and not only wanted to know more about the issues I had with the pair of boots I bought, but offered to replace my defective pair with ANY pair of shoes in their store. I received my new pair of boots promptly. I am very satisfied with this company and their customer service. Purchased these boots May 5, 2023 and they fit like a dream and were so comfortable but the sole became detached from the left boot this week and I am so disappointed.
