Pleasantly surprised at the quality of these boots. I normally wear a 6, 6.5, or 7 when wearing thick socks. I like toe room. I got these in a 7 - big enough for moving toes after orthotic inserts and comfy socks. I’ve tried many pairs of combat boots recently. These are the keepers. Because manmade and not leather, the jury is out on longevity. I plan to spray the outside with water repellant. ... show more

I purchased the black Chelsea boot & they fit perfectly, are very comfy & look cute. They also came with an extra set of laces and a pair of packaged, removable, insoles! The insoles are actually needed because the inside sole is “bumpy” which I think is supposed to be massaging (?) but frankly I found it to be quite annoying. Maybe some people would like it but was just odd for me and without the insole, the boot itself, doesn’t have much arch support. I liked these so much I bought another in my actual size. I usually size up to avoid shoes touching my feet, but the material of the shoe is so soft it does not even matter. The insoles feel like walking on soft leather. It’s sooo comfortable. Yes I got the cushion soft insoles, but I have not even used them with the boots yet.     • Super comfy inside but uncomfortable near the ankle.

This boot is a great quality and easy to get on. However, it rubs against the ankle, which makes it uncomfortable. The soul and inside of the shoe is extremely durable and soft, making it comfortable. However, when walking with the boot on, it can cause rubbing against the ankle area.
