Adorable chair! Simple to assemble, put on the leg & then slide the back in. They send everything you need to assemble, alen wrench, and even felt for the bottom of the legs. Chair arrived in good condition, but was too small for our needs! When we tried to return the item after many attempts, we never heard back from the manufacturer. Tried to find customer service support from Amazon but couldn't find a phone number to talk to a live person. Had to search outside Amazon website to get help on how to reach customer service. Called them twice and both times were disconnected, without getting any help! We still have the item in a large box and are no closer to returning this item before the 30 day deadline expires! ... show more

I will say it is a very pretty shade of blue. I wish I had room for an occasional chair. First of all the legs, although rapped well, where all scratched up and looked like they had been used before. The chair is pretty enough but it is very tiny. I was picturing it being a full size chair from the pictures. I looked at it for like a month before purchasing it, as well as looked at several pics in reviews. I did measure the space prior to purchasing, but there must be some sort of optical illusion at play here, because for some reason I was picturing it to be larger in the seating area. I’m 5.8” and I have short lower legs. The height of the seat is nice, but the seat and back are much smaller and more shallow than they appear in pictures, even in my pictures. There’s not enough room for both me and the pillow and I’m a fairly generic sized person. I wear between a 32-34 waist pant. I can’t imagine sitting in it for more than 30 minutes or so. I was planning on watching tv or reading books in it, so it will probably need to be returned. I really hate returning things, but I have no space for occasional furniture. This would be a good size chair for a waif thin petite person, or a teen. I expect a wing back chair to be roomie and at least support my shoulders. Update: returning this chair is likely going to be a huge hassle as they do not offer the normal free return labels, which is not normal for Amazon and not indicated in the post. If you are at all on the fence about the size, don’t buy it. ... show more

I bought the blue chair with the ottoman included and I LOVE it. This chair is everything I wished it would be and is so comfortable! The cushion certainly is firm but I like firm so that's not a problem for me. This is a great piece of furniture to lean back into and kick your feet up onto the ottoman to relax. A great gaming chair for console players, in my opinion, especially with the pillow being used as a hand rest on your lamp. I'm 6 months pregnant as of the time of writing this and the box was light enough for me to bring up 12 stairs by myself and get into the house. Assembly took less than 10 minutes on my own and it was ready to be sat in when my husband got home from work. A lot of other people complained in reviews about not being able to secure the back of the chair to the base very easily but I personally didn't have that problem. It took me maybe 2 minutes at most to line up the pieces and get them secured together by myself. Overall, I LOVE this chair. It's been my favorite place to sit since I got it! ... show more
