The only reason I had to buy a new one is the tape that held the front piece on came off and my granddaughter pulled it and the front wouldn't stay on. As far a durability and keeping your phone safe it's GREAT!!!

Case looks great, feels nice in your hands, and fits well. Hinge is sufficiently covered and Pen held in place well. BUT IF YOU WIRELESS CHARGE, KNOW THAT THE CLIP HOLDER IN THE BACK WILL GET SUPERHOT EVEN AFTER 10 MINUTES OF CHARGING. I was gonna give it a 3 star but the case is really well built.

I purchased this case 9/13/23 and today is 3/5/24. I had this case almost 6 months. It has been dropped more times than I can remember. It has taken every impact I have thrown at it, none of them intentional, I'm just a butterfingers. My phone is in pristine condition because of this case. It looks exactly like it did when I bought it Dec of 2022. I purchased it in the orange which is an amazing color and makes it super easy to spot as I also tend to set my phone down alot and then can't find it. So all that being said I will tell you my 2 negatives. It adds A LOT of bulk to your phone. A LOT. I have medium sized girl hands and its not uncomfortable by any means, it's just a solid case on an already big phone. But if you want protection, this is the case for you! And the pen holder is brilliant! I received a new pink case today as my orange one was looking a bit dingy. Now for the main issue. The magnetic kickstand. It's not good. It can barely hold up this phone. Also, it's really hard to move around and it breaks very easily. (I purchased 2 in September originally because the first case it broke within a day.) I wish they would address that issue but it's not a preventing me from continuing to purchase these cases. I love them. If you need a case that can withstand a lot, then buy this one! I've been looking for an orange case that had a metal plate (or room for one), so i can use the magnet mounts in my truck. I found this one, and it seemed to have everything. I love the orange! The case is OK. Materials seem cheap, but i did drop the phone from 3 feet onto cement and it lived. I had another case on my Z fold 4 that I really enjoyed, but there was no space on the back for a metal plate. This case fits well, looks great, but when I put it on the magnet (which holds all the phone we've ever had), the metal plate is so low on the case, and the phone is so top heavy, the phone just falls off the mount. I'm going to try and put a different plate a little higher on the back and see if that helps. All and all, functional for a phone case. ... show more

I ordered this case in the vibrant orange color and the look did not disappoint. However, the functionality is where the issues lie! The right side of the screen is not responsive to touch! This is a huge deal breaker for me, because this issue forces me to use the phone in the flipped open position. Otherwise, I'll have to look like an idiot constantly pressing with no results! Additionally, the"slide on" stylus holder kept sliding off the first day to the point that it was lost in the first 24 hours. Oh, and speaking of sliding, the camera cover keeps sliding back and forth interrupting my ability to take pictures! I just got this over the weekend but I'm returning it today. My old case held up like a champ for this past year, but my dog had other plans for it! LoL! Unfortunately the old case is no longer available on Amazon. 😪 ... show more

I do not usually post reviews on products, however this product is different. After leaving my phone on top of my car as I drove away it fell onto the road and slid a distance before being run over by a car. I was immediately distraught due to appearance of my case. I them pulled the case off and noticed my phone was in perfect shape. This very durable case single handedly saved my phone.
