The risk for this sort of apparel item is leather quality. #1 is it real leather? (yes, it is). #2 will it hold up over time / is the leather any good? (yes, it is sturdy and I fully expect it to last for years). Other considerations I think are addressed simply by looking at the pictures: if the design appeals to you, then rest assured, this is a quality belt. The belt is fine and real leather, so it seems but it smelled terrible for over a week and I had to put it in the shop to off-gas.

Has a leather is smell but my guess this is pumped in like smells at a chain restaurant steakhouse. Real leather belts are much softer but for the price this was OK.

This is a very well made and sturdy belt. I was planning on purchase a brown belt, but the tanning chemical smell was so strong that it is still slightly noticeable after 3 times (3 days each) of leaving it in a zip lock bag with baking soda, 3 times thoroughly wiping it down with white vinegar, and 3 times thoroughly wiping it down with Windex, and 2 times thoroughly wiping down with saddle soap, and 3 times spraying it down with a fragrance oil from cinnamon. Plus I allowed it to air out a day at a time. A very good product, but they might spend less on the very, very nice box and more on eliminating the smell. ... show more

This is a nice looking leather belt. It's nice and thick so I doubt it will stretch out too much over time. It fits my belt loops just fine so that's always a good thing! I've only had the belt for a few weeks, but it's good quality and comfortable to wear.

Ordered this and it was a perfect fit - True to size. Its nice thick but soft leather. Looks nice. It does have a strong leather smell for the first few weeks. I finally just placed it outside in the sun for a day and that helped considerably.
