This tool alone did not do the job, but I was able to use this tool to get the hair clogged closer to the top so I could use other tools to grab it. I also used needle nose pliers, and a hooked end pointy driver. I had to insert the tool numerous times and pull the hair up with the pliers, but I couldn't have reached the hair without it. Arrives curled up and you can't straighten it. Got stuck in the bathroom sink when dipping it in without removing the drain stopper. It was advertise as being able to do this, but it cannot. The clog remover is not thin. One side is as wide as a tape measure. It needs to be thinner to work well, as advertised. Dipped it into the shower drain which was a little clogged with hair and it removed nothing. ... show more

If you’re having draining issues, this is what you need. It digs up ALL of the hair and goopy gunk in your drains. Be prepared to gag. But listen, it really does work. It does what draino can’t.
