As a professional handyman, the most frustrating thing that can happen is when an electrical plug is separated from the cord! OOPS! Well, UNPLUG IT from the outlet, and within 5 minutes you can be back in business. So, you cut the cord, HUH? The circuit breaker certainly "popped". Now, if the outlet is outside, it's probably a GFCI circuit....the breaker could be at the panel or the BATHROOM. (code in my area). RESET it and you are back in business. ... show more

    • Cheaply made hard to assemble
They are very cheaply made, the wire clamps bend when tightening down on the wires. The plug also becomes deformed quickly and is not water right. If I didn't need them right away to complete a project I would have returned them. I plan on replacing them in the near future.

    • Not yellow after all and 1 out of 5 male ends were unusable. Not great value, would not buy.
I really only needed 2 male ends, so on that part, the price is decent for 5 pairs of male/female ends. This is all good, but where it fails is that of the 3 I opened, cause I needed 2 male ends to work with, 1 was missing the internal contacts for attaching the wiring. Making me have to open another. The yellow in the pictures is more like a baby puke yellow/orange. Nothing like the pictures showed. The plastic in the connectors is of such low quality, you would feel almost cheated if you picked these up at a dollar store each. If it werent for the fact that I needed the connector for an emergency use, I would not even have bothered. Attached for now, but ordering another set to replace these fairly useless items. Would not buy again. Buyer beware if these connectors are to be used in anything that moves around whatsoever. The ends will not last and the prongs are very weakly attached to the fittings.     • Cheep potential fire hazard
The media could not be loaded. Very cheaply made and only rated at 15amp . Also difficult to screw together once you install the wiring. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
