We now have at least 10 of these around the house, upstairs and downstairs, ranging from 3x5’ to 9x12’. I just added this one to my home office because I wanted a bigger contrast between the newly painted wall and floor. We also have two of the 3’x5’ in the kitchen. We love the color, feel and really love the thinness! We have the same wooden flooring throughout the home and our rugs are for design aesthetic and not necessarily for comfort on foot (we wear house slippers and do not walk around barefooted). I may wash them because I have before. However, we buy new ones every year or two because the price is so reasonable. This one was only $50 and arrived in 2 days I highly recommend them. I ordered the RED/BLUE (5x7), which matched 2 small pillows that I have. Also, when you want to replace them, wash them and you will notice that they are fairly easy to cut. Staple pieces to a board to make a piece of detailed wall art that looks textured and expensive. Then, just simply add a wooden boarder. I’ve been an Amazon member for about a decade and a half, have purchased thousands of items and genuinely like most of what I buy. A few times there are exceptional items that stand out. This rug is one of them. Quality is excellent. The rug is super soft which feels great on our feet. It’s thin yet has a slight absorption. Perfect for our office which also dubs as a guest room/gym. Guests feel comfortable when walking around the room but it’s thin enough for the computer chair to easily roll back and forth on. Also love the design. It is genuinely beautiful. Looks incredible in our room and really pulled it together nicely. It has a calming effect. Price, can’t beat it. Plus the fact that we can wash this thing in the washing machine if need be, all made this purchase a no brainer and we’re super happy with it. ... show more

Easy to wash. Looks like regular rug not a thin plastic one. Folds for storage fit the space dries in tumble dryer. With an older dog to nice to wash it and she can use it help her walk more securely

Our family loves this area rug. I’m writing this after 2 full weeks of use. We needed to create usable space for what once was out dining room. We have a massive dog who sheds and a 3 year old. Dog loves to sunbathe on the soft rug. Easy to vacuum up the fur. Son took crayons to it day one, thankfully they were washable and so is this rug! Came right out! Inexpensive, easy, looks luxurious and high end! 5 well placed stars. Folds stayed in for a couple of days. Bottom has enough weight to stay put throughout the day. Pleased with the overall look & feel. I have small dogs & & bought it because it was machine washable & a reasonably priced 8 x 10. Waited to review until after the first washing. Fits in a Whirlpool front load washer. It was very heavy with remaining water after washing, too heavy to spin. I have a carpet shampooer & used it to remove excess water. Dried on my floor in a day in It might take longer in a humid climate. It came out looking like new. I found multiple pee spots with a black light prior to washing. They were gone! I also bought sizes 5 x 7 & 3 x5. They too passed the black light test after washing & did not need the excess water removed after washing. Those dried in a few hours. I am very happy with these rugs!!!! ... show more

This rug is thin but it’s very soft. I love to walk on it in bare feet. I have it over carpet because my apartment is all gray carpet and I needed to tone down all the gray. It looks so good, the colors are exactly what I wanted, but I wouldn’t recommend it on carpet because it’s always moving. I’ve tried carpet tape and those rubbery rug mats and it still moves even with my couch over it. I just deal with it and readjust it because it looks so good in my living room. And did I mention how soft it is? :) ... show more

These types of rugs are similar to shenille top of Ruggable. However, these are a very low pile with printed designs. That is why these rugs can be a hit or a miss. Personally, I think the longer the pile the worse it looks - it is neither traditional colored pile nor printed shenille. Instead of a separate rubber mat there is a thin rubber backing. We shall see how the rug holds through laundry. Ruggable is amazing and durable and it is totally worth the money. Many people complain about the price. However, if you end washing the rug at least twice, you break even. Plus, you can buy another rug using the original rubber mat which cuts the price in half. I needed a rug pronto and, currently, could not drop the money on the brand. So, I chose short tern convenience opposed to a long term investment. As I said earlier, the print is lovely. It is a darker, warm and sophisticated pallet. From across the room, it looks nicer and pricey. It is definitely more greige than green as shown in the photo. But, luckily, it worked in my dining room. Update: rug returned. After raving about the look of the rug, I tried vacuuming it. It is impossible. On a proper pile setting, the vacuum sucks the rug in because it is too light. When I adjust the pile setting to, essentially, 70's shag, the vacuum doesn't pick up all the debris, yet still occasionally ends up sucking in the rug. Cheep nightmare! I was able to purchase a chenille rug with cotton backing, which was really hard to find post pandemic. It is thin but heavy enough for vacuuming.     • Loved it but now I just like it

We’ve had this rub for 5 months now and were thrilled when we first got it. It’s super light weight and insanely soft as well as easy to clean. We’ve only ever spot cleaned it however, I’ve started to notice it’s almost getting saggy or stretched out in the parts where our feet are on the ground while sitting on the couch. It looks great and in theory super functional however, it’s definitely starting to stretch out and look frumpy. I wouldn’t use this in high traffic areas ... show more
