They work great, until you get out to the wider range, like 3 inches shorter than how far they stretch. Then they start to slip and slide. We've tried a few tricks, like sticking a small piece of wood in between the divider and the drawer to make it tighter. It works okay, as long as it's not holding up anything with any weight. The media could not be loaded. We received one with a crack down the middle. These make the drawer look nice and more organized but they are not as sturdy as stated or as the other reviews have mentioned, although we do have larger drawers. Our drawers measure 20.875 x 19.625 putting the dividers in the long way didn’t seem to have enough tension to keep them upright(as shown in video) we decided to try the other direction with a shorter distance it applies more tension and they feel a little more sturdy. I would say these need at least 2” of tension to make them feel like they won’t flop over, and make sure they are absolutely straight. Overall they work, they organized my drawers but I wouldn’t buy them again. ... show more
