Bought two boxes because I also planned to use them for anything else that might fit instead of buying the big black trash bags that way we can see what was packed inside. I have one bag full of squish mallows and it’s still holing up because we haven’t opened the zipper to unseal it. They are very sturdy and big size which made packing so much easier. I needed storage for larger quilts and this fits the bill. The bags are heavy duty. Clips are included to help seal the top, which makes it much easier. There is a double zip also. It is easy to use as it includes a little pump. You do have to pump quite a bit, but it pulls the air out and contracts the quilts/pillows/large items nicely. They are reusable. This makes storing large items more compact and safe from those dratted mice. Living in a colder area, we have many blankets/quilts that need stored and this is great for that purpose. ... show more

I recently used these to pack clothes & linen for a move and they helped save a TON of space. I just used my vacuum to suction all of the air out and it worked great. The pump included also works but just takes a lot more time. I only wished the bags were labeled with the size but that’s not the biggest deal breaker. Has plenty of options for different ways to store your items. Had plenty of back up clips in case you lose any. No need for a vacuum for assistance it comes with a manual pump that works just fine. All bags are durable and easy to use. Highly recommend.

I bought this set of bags to save some space with old children's toys in my house. Unfortunately during the first use the plastic hand held pump broke. It did not suction anything out of the bag. I was able to initially use my dyson vacuum, but the vacuum itself will not continue vacuuming the bag 100% if it thinks something is obstructing the opening. The plastic pump is essential to getting that last bit of air out. Amazon kindly sent me a replacement. However, I left the bags out for a few days just to see if they kept the suction, 2 of the 6 bags (the jumbo sized ones) sprang a leak of some sort and the bag puffed up. I use the clip to close the bag. I usually run it back and forth 2 to 4 times while applying pressure with the clip to make sure the bag seals. The hand pump screws on to the valve. It doesn't just sit on it and while it can be a pain in the butt to use the hand pump to remove the air it does a great job. if I'm doing something like clothing, I might roll the bag slightly to force some of the air out to make the job easier for the hand pump. It does a fantastic job even with things like dense clothin and stuffed animals. It may just take a few minutes. if you need to pause due to an ache or cramping in your hand, which can happen, depending on how dense the material your vacuuming is, you can just leave the pump attached, take your break, and then resume. When you finish unscrew the hand pump and attach the cap to the valve making sure the cap is on flat and firm and very tight. the only time I had one of these start to re-inflate the cap was on at a slight angle (improperly threaded—my fault) and thus not completely sealed. I use it to increase how much I'm able to carry in my carry-on luggage when I fly and I bring the hand pump with me so that if TSA needs to open one of the bags , I am able to re-vacuum the bag ... show more

Material is lighter weight than big brand but it does the job well enough. Flattened my clothes and blankets for storage. Nice to have a variety of sizes. Easy to use, just connect your vacuum hose and suck out the air. It helps make organizing fun!
