I am deeply disappointed with my recent purchase of the Vacmaster VK609PFR 0201 6 Gallon 5.5 Peak HP 3-in-1 Wet/Dry/Upholstery Shampoo Vacuum Cleaner. From the moment I received it, I encountered several significant problems that rendered it practically unusable. Firstly, the vacuum consistently fails to turn on correctly, causing frustration and inconvenience every time I attempt to use it. Additionally, the grips designed to secure the top part of the vacuum do not fit properly, resulting in an unstable structure that compromises its functionality. Moreover, the suction power of the vacuum is shockingly inadequate. Despite its advertised capabilities, it fails to clean effectively, leaving behind dirt and debris even after multiple attempts. Overall, my experience with this vacuum cleaner has been nothing short of disappointing. I had high hopes for a versatile and efficient cleaning solution, but instead, I received a faulty product that falls far short of its promises. This Vac master has Great spraying and suction power for a carpet extractor, but the main thing that I do NOT Like about it is that there is NO Manual trigger like any other carpet extractor. is this a mytee lite no it is not. I purchased this as a low cost carpet extractor. it does what it supposed to it applies water or cleaner to the surface you are cleaning and sucks the residue back out. had to get used to the handle and the remote on/off for both liquid spray and vacuum biggest problem was when it came to getting into the corners and at weird angles if the handle was more strait it would be easier. the spray is not overly powerful and only covers about 2 inches of the small extractor tip but i can work around that. the suction of the unit is as powerful as my 5hp shop vac. did find that it has a vacuum leak where the tip is put together that was quickly remedied with some tape. The Vacmaster VK609PFR 0201 6 Gallon is a great machine would i buy it again heck yes will try it on another detail soon ... show more

This was another disappointing purchase from Amazon and I truly have lost hope that any product will Actually work out and perform as promised. This is an absolutely fabulous idea especially for commercial use in a typical home but it is not designed in a way where it is useful to the average person. The hose is very stiff and rigid and the vacuum is extremely small therefore lightweight and it’s like the tail wagging the dog and I found it would not work together in spots that I needed it to be flexible. I was pleasantly surprised when I first used it did a really good job on my Silverado carpet and upholstery. It has been a while since I had cleaned my truck I had shoulder surgery in April so it got really dirty😬 but this vac got the job done . Totally recommend this vac heads up I used hot water and some spray oxy clean as a spotter but I think I could have been good without the spotter ... show more

I was a bit skeptical on getting this item. It looks big and hard to use but I decided to give a try anyway. I am convinced this was a great decision. This vacuum does wonders at suctioning. It also has a long hose and accessories to help with the hard to reach places.
