I got this bike for me and my son. It is our first E-bike. The bike very easy to assemble with easy to read instruction manual. Bike has very solid construction. What I like most about the bike is the seat comfort. It is wider and thick support that makes it more comfortable on long trails when normal seats wears you out. Out of the box this bike was awesome: fast, smooth, comfortable. Fast forward 809 miles and bolts randomly fall off, the rear brake caliper broke off, the kickstand fell off because the cheap bolts broke, and the fender bolts fell off during a ride.
