I installed this rear view mirror on my Tomberlin Crossfire 150R two seater go kart. The roll bars on the go kart are 1 1/4" and the instructions said 1 1/2" to 2" roll bars. So I had some parts left over from some LED ni-lights that I was able to use to shim my roll bars out to 1 1/2". Install took probably 15 minutes to half an hour. I was always afraid of cutting someone off. I never knew if someone was behind me. Problem solved. It seems to be pretty sturdy. Doesn't vibrate. Stays in place and looks good.
