I got this to connect my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to my TV, and it works perfectly. Just plug it in my phone's USB-C port and connect the HDMI end to the TV and voila - we've got my phone's screen mirrored to my TV. At first the audio was still coming from the phone, but I just needed to go into the phone's "media output" settings and change the audio output setting from "this phone" to the TV. The connection doesn't even stay for a minute. If I move the cord it'll stop working. It doesn't even look like the picture because it has no brand writing on it.

I got this cable so I can stream video (like YouTube) from my phone to hotel TV's while traveling. It works perfectly for this purpose. I do wish I had a longer cable for more versatility, but this one packs more easily in a "gadget go bag." This cable supports up to 4K@60Hz, which means superb clarity for viewing without any lagging. It is also backward compatible with 1440P@60hz and 1080P@120hz, making it versatile for different displays. The installation is easy and plug-and-play, but it's essential to check that the USB-C port on your device supports video out functions (the USB Type-C DP Alt Mode). It allows me to connect my laptop to any TV or display (with HDMI port) and enjoy a larger screen for work or entertainment. One important note is that for iPad Pro 2018, the image output is 4:3, and only a few applications are applied to full-screen display. Samsung Dex and Huawei PC mode only support 1920*1080P @ 60Hz. Therefore, it's essential to check the compatibility of your device before purchasing this cable. First, all apologies I don't have all the original photos of this product as I had to revise this review. I typically love to have the photos and videos in my reviews to give the customer a great idea of what they're purchasing. So moving forward, a little bit about this cable. It's a very well-made USB-C to HDMI adapter. It is in fact 3 feet long it's more of a braided cable which I like they don't split as much as the rubber cables, and It can in fact display at 4k/60Hz. However, that being said, there will be a different variables, depending on what you're using whether it's a streaming device and what kind, or what display your using, if you're using a laptop, things like that. Different variables will produce different outcomes. The cable is well made, and I do like that somebody took the time to machine the HDMI male ports properly. They're not rough edged or under or oversized, which is nice so it's not too snug or too loose of a fit. I also like the aluminum feel that bleeds into the rubber coating that seals the braided cable, it's a quality product. Now that I've had it for a little while, I've used in many different ways. It does what it's supposed to do well. I've used it in many instances and I believe the only time I've had a problem with it directly mirroring was using a Android Galaxy S22 smart phone and for some reason it just did not work. that is odd to me as this cable is straightforward as most of you know, it's a UPnP chord. ( Universal Plug n Play ) I'll have to look into that a little bit more but otherwise it's worked great. I highly recommend the product.👍 ... show more

I needed a cable to connect my phone to the new projector I got for outside movie nights. This fits the bill nicely. The only thing to keep in mind is that the cable is super short so you have to able to put your devices close together.
