Because I decided to have a headset with an extended to-my-mouth microphone so I could be heard clearly and directly when I speak into my cell phone to others AND because I don't want to stress my headphone jack, I tried this microphone piece thinking that I could connect it to my LG ANDROID via USB adapter. As I did this, my phone did not work correctly as I called out to test the headset. My cellphone 'froze" and I couldn't get out until I disconnected the headset. The POSITIVE SIDE is these have fine sound and the wiring is braided material type which I feel is durable and will last. This product is perhaps/ maybe meant to be used only with a PC. I didn't need a fancy gamer headset at $200, I just wanted something for 'working from home'. I thought these were clean, simple and just what I needed. They have worked perfectly for me and do the job very nice. Well worth the money if your looking for something to do Zoom/Skype/Teams, etc. They even allow me to hear background noise, which was a plus for me. ... show more

    • Lightweight USB headset with decent sound
I was looking for a replacement for my old Plantronics headset that stopped working recently. I like the boom type mic, and I was also needing one with USB. This lightweight headset fits the bill. It's nothing fancy, but it does the job and the sound is acceptable, especially for voice calls, Zoom, etc. The outside of the cord is braided, which is a nice touch. I'm not sure how much abuse they would take, as it's all lightweight plastic. The headphones and mic windscreen are foam, so those may not be too durable, but it's easy enough to find replacements if they last that long. All in all, I think it was a good deal, and I'd buy it again. ... show more

    • Two wires are very cumbersome
I realized when I opened the package that this headset has wires from each earpiece that come together and want to hang - basically right in front of the user. I never even tried it on, I knew this would not work for me. I just put it back in the package and returned it. I had a previous headset that I use for work but it broke down on me. So this allowed me to refine what I really wanted out of a work headset. I bought these because the price was what I wanted to pay for work purposes only item. It is very light weight and quite compact. The microphone swings up when I am not in direct need of it. It is very slim so I don't look like a gamer while on video meetings. The sound is fine and can get quite loud. I don't use this music, only for voice. The noise cancellation is top-notch for a headset at this price level. The people I've spoken to don't hear fans, air-conditioners, and televsions playing. Some can hear my typing in a keyboard, but they report that it isn't overly noisy. The earphone are comfortable and the sound is of reasonable quality. I wouldn't use this headset to listen to music itself, but it isn't built to do that anyway. ... show more

    • Great while they lasted
They were wonderful until they fell apart the cord get really tangled and pretty soon after you unwind & unwind the cord starts getting thinner & thinner until they don’t work abs of course that happened while I was working during a very very important call I set up and dispatch for people in 911 situations so if I were you I would seriously consider buying more than one set of this or spending more time finding another better quality headphone they do work well while they work ... show more

Use this headset when working from home. Excellent sound quality and very light and comfortable so wearing for several hours at a time isn’t a problem. The microphone also provides good sound quality for those I am meeting with.
