I bought the 4pk of the purple ones. 3 out of 4 of them work. 3 of them click onto the cable the 1st one I tried on my cable didn't click on nor would my phone say it was charging when using that 1. The other three do work. Is there a way I could get a replacement for the defective one?.

I ordered a pair of Anker Soundcore earbuds here on Amazon that are compatible with both my PS4 and PS5 game consoles allowing me to game with wireless audio. The earbuds come with a usb C dongle which you plug into your audio source and the dongle wirelessly connect to the earbuds with a 2.4 GHz high speed low latency connection. With the PS5, its usb C port is on the front of the console right next the a usb A port. With the dongle plugged in it was blocking the usb A port which is used mainly for charging your controllers so needless to say that not being able to charge your controller while playing is not a good thing so these adapters let me use the dongle on the back of the PS5 where there are 2 additional type A ports. Problem solved! With the PS4, it being a last gen console, it doesn't have type C ports, only type A, again these adapters solved that problem. With these adapter I now have wireless audio from both consoles and I can game without annoying cords! The only thing you have to watch out for is the product title wording when you're looking for adapters. Not saying it's anyone else's fault but mine but when I went searching for adapters I initially bought the wrong ones. These adapters are usb C female to usb A male. Originally I bought the opposite - usb C male to usb A female - not what I needed! Also when you're looking for adapters, if your use case is similar to mine (audio), these adapters definitely work for audio, not all adapters do! Overall I'm very happy with these! I needed some USB A to USB C adaptors and ordered these. I needed one where the USB A end could plug into an area that is recessed. As you can see in the picture, the casing is small and allowed me to do so. So I would recommend this if your device has a slightly recessed USB A area and requires a smaller type adaptor. I would definitely recommend this as it functioned as expected and was small enough to solve the recessed issue. ... show more
