The Good - The laser works like it should, after much tinkering to make it right. The Bad - Supplied USB stick with operating software had 5 Trojan horse viruses on it! Their instructions say to disable anti-virus software before installing, saying "we promise there are no viruses" in their installation instructions - major red flag! The crate that the machine came in was in good shape, but when I opened it, the parts were held in place by one small plastic shipping strap that had broken, so the machine had been banging around in the crate for the entire trip. The power plug was destroyed in shipping, so I had to put a new one on before I could test it. No assembly instructions came with it, so I had to wing it. Lots of loose screws and screws that had fallen out. So, after about 2 hours and fixing the broken or loose stuff, the laser actually worked. I ended up using a downloaded version of EZcad 2 versus the one supplied on the included USB stick. ... show more
