  • Stops solar heat from entering the building.
I had a two story metal building constructed as a shop/apartment. My wife picked "black" as the main color so, not much heat deflection, especially here in Alabama (God's armpit). I ordered my first roll and was amazed at how much heat it blocked! 24 by 30 ft, two story metal building with 10 ft ceilings on both floors. I just ordered my 6th roll, to finish attaching to the underside of the metal roof. This stuff really works. I'm adding R-19 insulation on top, as it gets really cold here in Winter (North Alabama). Temperature ranges from 100+ in Summer to Below Freezing in winter. I'm able to maintain 70 - 80 degrees F pretty much year round with 20K BTU A/C and space heaters, so low power bills. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Overpriced.
Product is overpriced for what it is - but it works.

  • Very strong, great customer service
Surprisingly very strong and easy to work with. Small issue with final few feet on the roll but Mike made it right immediately. Nice to see a few still out there with top of line customer service! Used on shop ceiling exposed and the white looks very nice.

  • Great product, excellent customer service.
This vapor barrier was excellent at hiding my basements hideous insulation. The install was easy to install, all you need is a ladder, staple gun, staples, tape, scissors, and personal face and body protection. I measured the square footage I needed and it fit perfectly. The one I got had a tare in it which I had to cut out and lost about a 20 square foot piece. I contacted there customer service and they sent me a replacement fast and I finished the project the next weekend. Highly recommend product and company. ... show more

  • Good stuff
works well we are starting to feel the difference in our pole barn house where its installed, Its easy to work with and holds a staple well. We chose this because it doubles as a vapor barrier. Also like the one white side as its more appealing to the eye, thats a big deal when living in a place that your finishing as you go. ... show more

  • Might not be the highest quality version but ok for the money
It isn't the thickest of the bubble wrap product available, but I think it does the job ok. Used it with radiant staple up flooring and installed 3 inches bellow the tubes. Noticeable different in heat transfer for sure.

  • Many uses when applied correctly
I don't know how effective this type of reflective insulation is, but it seems to have made a difference in my shed build. On the outside of the studs I have plywood and siding. On the inside I have this material instead of drywall. So there's an air gap of 3 1/2 inches for this material to do its magic. I've also installed it in the rafter area since there's so much of it. The rest I used to insulate my garage door. All have seemed to work too some degree. ... show more
