Description

US Energy Products XTemp Brand is Two layers of polyethylene industrialized air bubbles bonded between two layers of highly reflective metalized aluminum polyester film. (white side/foil side) Industrialized strength, lightweight yet durable insulation designed to hold staples without tearing. Does not compress, collapse or disintegrate. Reflects 97% of radiant heat, emits less than 3% of heat, Class 1 / Class A fire rated radiant barrier that has passed the ASTM E84 test & ASTM E2599. Non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, fiber-free, safe to handle and does not require protective clothing or respirators to install. Easy to install and maintenance free, cuts easily with utility knife or scissors and installs easier than fiberglass. Simply staple, nail or glue into place! No mess, and no itchy fibers! Not affected by moisture or humidity. Inhibits condensation Saves energy by reducing the stress on heating and cooling systems, keeping your home warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summer.     • Strong, lightweight, yet thicker than most and really insulates from the heat!
Fast shipment, unbelievable quality for the money. I used it to insulate my metal roof of an enclosed sunroom in Florida. The heat coming through that roof was unbearable, and the roof would have to be totally replaced in that section to be able to insulate it from the outside. I rolled this out and with white side facing down, secured it to the roof from the INSIDE. I’m still not done as I wasn’t to add bamboo going across but it worked so well, was very lightweight but thicker than I had thought.... which was a PLUS! ... show more

    • Great ceiling insulation for my converted mental building roof.
Easy to install, time consuming although. This insulation really keeps the sun heated metal roof much cooler and now the a/c keeps the room cooler.

    • Used for camper skirting.
I used this product to wrap around my camper in the winter months to keep from freezing. So far it has helped out a lot! Down to 20 degrees with no issues. Heated hoses of course as well!
