It worked great as a soak for area rugs (12hrs per rug, lay flat in shallow plastic container, cover with cleaner, air dry without rinsing, vacuum to fluff), and as a soaking/finishing spray for cleaning up floors, grout, and walls. The smell is really nice, like a orange/vanilla blossom fusion, and it lasts weeks without being over-powering. Some rooms still have a burst of fresh scent, without smelling like cat urine at all. Both jugs did arrive crushed and missing cleaner however. This is more on Amazon delivery and the foil seal of the jug. The delivery van probably smells amazing now though. This Urine-B-Gone solution is a miracle worker! We have a puppy who's still being potty trained, and there have been a few accidents on the carpet. This solution has completely eliminated any lingering odors and stains. It works amazingly well in my Bissell Little Green carpet cleaner. It's easy to use – just add it to the water tank with the cleaning formula – and it leaves my carpets smelling fresh and clean. I was worried about harsh chemical smells, but this solution has a pleasant, light scent. I'm so relieved to have found a product that effectively tackles pet messes without damaging my carpets. Works well and smells good but it hasn’t completely removed the smell yet. I might need to give it a little more time to work. I bought the citrus one. The price seems to jump around a lot. I bought it on the higher end which didn’t make me to happy. But it beats smelling animal urine.

I wish I could give this 10 stars. I’ve had my cat for 15 years and he has always peed outside the litter. I have tried EVERYTHING. Recently I spent $3,000 ripping out carpets he destroyed and putting in flooring . After that I put him in the garage while I’m at work and take him out as soon as I get home . But of course - the garage was starting to smell horrific. I was honestly considering giving him away . Then I bought this product 🙌🏽. I sprayed the concrete in the garage and less than an hour later 85% of the odor was gone. Did a 2nd round and it smelled completely fresh. After that I put down plastic tarp, covered in cardboard so I have layers of stuff to throw away to protect the ground . I’m so grateful for this product and am now a loyal customer ! ... show more

Bar none, THE BEST product I've EVER used for cat urine! I have 12, yes 12, cats-in the house. Our town does not have animal, so when we moved here with 2 cats, we were constantly burying strays hit by cars outside. So we bring them in and fix them. We brought in a cat with a broken foot, and low and behold, she was pregnant. After the liter was born, she started spraying the house. None of my other cats sprayed, because they were brought in as kittens. This product, and I've tried them all, everything from urine erase products, to dish soap and soda/vinegar, you name it, I've tried it, but this stuff works great! UPDATE: Seller reached out after my review was published to offer a full refund, even though I had used up the product in my desperate attempts to saturate the stains. I am grateful for this and think that is evidence of good customer service. Thank you! I didn't find this to work particularly well. I have an elderly dog that has always had bladder problems, but they've gotten a little worse as she's aged. So I had some spots on our rug that really needed some attention and was starting to have almost a visceral reaction to the smell of Natures Miracle due to it's frequent use, so I decided to try another product. I tried to absolutely saturate the stain and old urine spots, made sure to let them sit so the enzymes would work, used my carpet cleaner to make sure the fibers really got exposed to them, etc. After everything would dry there would STILL be very a obvious urine odor. Maybe the tiniest improvement? It also has a bit of an odd odor. I ended up switching to Biokleen Bac-Out which works WAY better and the mild lime scent is so much better than both Natures Miracle and Urine B-Gone, and it doesn't linger. ... show more
