    • Stopped Charging after one year!!
This product was ok until it stopped charging!! I've owned it for 6mths. Even though the usb is connected and the white light is breathing it still shows a low battery and I'm getting the low battery alert every few minutes. There's no information on the website regarding this issue and trying to contact anyone is proving beyond difficult. They offer a 1yr warranty but in a very sly fashion they ask that it be packed as it came and returned to the vendor who will replace it for free and yet since I bought it on Amazon 6mths ago, the packaging is long gone and i question whether returning it to Amazon will result in me receiving a replacement? I loved it but it seemed designed to fail after not much time in use. I play music once per week maybe. It's disappointing that this has broken after such a short period and it's proven impossible to address this issue with anyone from Urbanista. In this day and age of transparency and DTC brands being on the same side as their customer, this is not an experience I would want others to fall into the trap of repeating. ... show more

    • Midrange tonality lacking color and flat.
Attractive speaker, with clean lines. Unfortunately the sound quality wasn’t there - the midrange tonality was lacking color and pretty flat. When buying a unit this size or in this price range I really don’t expect too much, but at the end of the day this wasn’t the speaker for me.

I don't what these people are talking about! How can you give 5 stars to this piece of crap?! No bass, distorted sound and lack of good volume. There must be better speakers for$100. This is sooo NOT worth it. DO NOT buy this!!!!

    • Good Quality Sound/Good Battery Life/Bluetooth Works Seamlessly
The media could not be loaded. I bought the Urbanista Brisbane from Nordstrom hearing good professional reviews. After looking at the Amazon reviews, I was a little worried. Having received this speaker, I couldn't be more satisfied. The speaker performs great. Here in New Mexico, we jam to native music. This speaker handles the bass of the drums, the treble of the voice, and everything in between perfectly. Of course I listen also to hip hop, rock, blues, Indy, etc... I have had this speaker rocking all day long for almost 12 hours now and it's still going on one charge. That matches what the featured battery life is. And it's easy to charge, so quit complaining! Thank you Urbanista for a good speaker with decent sound, good battery life, no problems whatsoever syncing up with my laptop bluetooh, and all at a really good price.
