Unless you want to increase your budget substantially, I would recommend getting these. I've purchased similar frames at similar prices, and these are definitely the nicest at this price point. You can see some minor alignment defects where the frame edges come together, but these aren't noticeable unless you are, as the camera was, about three inches from the wall. The fasteners on the back firmly hold the photos in place and it's reasonably easy to put stuff into the frames. And it really is a flat glass panel on the front, so you don't get the ugly warp of reflections off a plastic panel. Very pleased with these! ... show more

THE BEST FRAMES!! Get these ASAP. I purchased them for my daughters bedroom and they are just so cute in there. I love that I am able to change up the pictures as she grows but I only have to do the set up once. The look with the mat is what I prefer so that’s how they’re displayed in the attached picture. The frames are sturdy but not heavy. I ended up purchasing a third package to gift to my mom with pictures of her grandkids and she loved it. 11 x 14 Frames holding late 1890’s and early 1905 reproduction 8.5 x 11 photo’s of Philadelphia. This idea of buying 3 frames for these photo’s started when I saw a set of 3 frames at Staples for $30.00. The following is my review of these 3 11 x 14 frames: Selection: Impressive. So many mix and match options it’s almost dizzying. As others from Amazon told me, for my 8.5 x 11 photos the 11 x 14 is the better option than the 12 x 16 which states it is for 8.5x11 wirh Mat. Yes there is some of the photo around the edges that is not seen but to me that’s better than the backing of the frame being seen if or when the picture were to shift. Again great selection. Don’t be afraid of the 11x14 for 8.5x11 photos. Price: I don’t think you’ll get a better price deal, with any company, unless their quality drops in some way. Or you get them at a Prime event. That original $30 at Staples is not too car off for what the market is asking. Quality: This is where I couldn’t give that 5th star. From a distance they look great. And if I ever have a home invasion I’ll wing one at the intruders like a chinese star with blades. The corners will cut off their heads. The plastic is so hard that the corners are really sharp and pointed. Do not place over anyone’s bed. In addition to the points of the corners where each side meets the other there is a bevel up or down, meaning it’s mot smooth on one of the three, the Liberty Bell frame. And lastly as I was unboxing and putting in the photos I noticed abrasion marks where some machine pushed so hard that it scratched the back portions of the frames. Please don’t misunderstand me. I believe quality checking does occur. I think it could be improved and you know I think something can be done about the corners were there so sharp. I know these things because on one of the Vikings there was a misaligned rivet or one red it fell out and they put in a new one so on the picture frame with the buildings and the lighter buildings there you can see a hole where the red it was had been and somebody did the quality control, checked and found out that there was missing one. The hole is along the bottom portion in the left-hand side. You can see it if you blow up the photo. So I say all these things because I saw somebody else mention quality, but he was talking more about the facts, and how the wall hanging portion those you know those little grabbers are not in the same position on every single frame, and I will have to look out for that myself so obviously there are some quality control issues but he didn’t really mention the same ones I found out so that’s a another thing, so are they worth lying? Yes, I don’t think and I don’t think I put them in a child’s room or anywhere they could accidentally fall off and hurt somebody. I’m not sending them back and I don’t want anything from the company. They are what they are, mass produced plastic frames. As comparison, because I like frames, the larger almost poster like photo with its frame was a custom made frame made by my local frame maker. She’d be disappointed in me for the 3 that I purchased. And I’d say to her… - Shhh. If you’re not paying for them, or giving me a better discount, then you get no say in this. The photos are off my floor, in frames, and they didn’t cost me so much that I had to go without food for the week. These 3 are perfectly fine. - Will submit more photos when I decide which wall. These frames are exactly what I wanted! They’re made well and will look beautifully in my new bathroom decorated in black and white. I almost didn’t order them from Amazon worrying they might break during shipment, but they were packaged VERY well with bubble wrap and heavy cardboard between each one all in a separate box. “It wasn’t me, it was a one armed man” was the first frame up I really remember, but the excitement of watching Harrison Ford leap from a train is no where near the level of excitement I get when an 8.5x11 piece of paper fits into an 8.5x11 frame. At first I was worried that the corners on the frame might not be 90 degrees, but some avant- garden angle like 89, 91, or even the dreaded bohemian 92 degrees. Nope, like Arizona at 5 am in August, that corner was 90 degrees. Then, I had a small panic attack that the high definition, super impact resistant frame cover would make it hard to see my very important certificates verifying that I almost finished the entire one evening course in underwater booger sculpture at my local community college (Motto: Look, it’s nothing to be embarrassed about. Lots of people can’t get into real college, I mean, not real college, but like, well, yeah, real college. They have the worst bumper stickers). However, I was excited to discover that the glass used in these frame was indeed see through like all the other glass on the planet. Look, it’s a certificate frame. If you’re framing the Mona Lisa it’s pretty low quality. If you’re framing whatever certificate you spent up to 15 minutes earning on the internet, it works fine. And there’s four of them. Use one and smash the other three. I don’t care. My community college is having their 30th reunion for people who graduated between April 1 and June 30, 1992 and I have to go show off my success and my sweet sweet document frames. ... show more

Good quality and real glass. Easy to open from the back with multiple clips. Matte provides nice option for different size picture but I used for 11 x 14 prints. Can be hung on the wall or have an optional stand with ribbon to keep from collapsing or falling down.
