After owning several Subaru autos, I can tell you that their batteries last at maximum 3 years, and if you leave your car without driving it for over a week you may not be able to start it. A new (better) battery solved this problem for me in the past. This time though.....things were not so easy. Apparently, the start stop thing (which I hate) means that a different kind of battery is needed. I never heard of EFB batteries before, but that is what the car came with. Just finding the right size battery for my 2022 Outback was challenging. Did I tell you that ALL batteries for this vehicle are stupid expensive? Well they are. All in all .....this is an AGM battery, which as near as I can figure out, is mostly better than an EFB. It fits my Outback perfectly, and the car starts much better than did before. One interesting thing. This battery is really heavy. 40 pounds. I didn't weigh the old battery I took out, but it was at least 5 and maybe 10 pounds lighter. ... show more

Bought this battery to replace the stock battery in my 22 Ford Maverick hybrid, which consistently goes into deep sleep mode every winter. 140r is a direct replacement and exact fit. It's only been a few weeks, but the battery has worked flawlessly so far, not a single deep sleep issue yet.
