My friend lives very near the ocean and with a birthday coming I wanted to do something special for her. She entertains quite often so when I saw these I knew they’d be perfect. Eight coasters that each depict a different sea creature in beautiful shades of sea blue/green and real world colors. They came with the cork for the bottom so are very useful even when dew points are in the 70’s. They were quickly finished, sealed and given. She kept looking at them and the pictures and asking me did you do these? She really was thrilled with them. Great for housewarming gifts for a gift basket too. I love these coasters. They were a challenge but not so difficult to make it where I didn’t want to complete them. They are on plastic which is great because I can use my diamond art light to shine through them when diamond painting. I would say they were worth the money! The only thing that made them lose a star was the fact they did not include enough small bags for all the different diamonds. The cream background is in fact a bright yellow. I was very disappointed in that aspect because the cream color would have gone very well with my sister's decor. I also changed the 1 on the turtle body and the H in the shell to the color 4 to make them look better. Or else you lose the shape in the very yellow background. ... show more
