    • Perfect for my needs
I tested this headset thoroughly before I wrote this review. I have used it for 3 weeks. I truly like just about everything, so far. I use it in my call center job (work from home). Sound quality: The sound quality is really good, both the speakers and the mic. Folks say I sound really crystal clear. And, I can hear really well. Music sounds exceptionally good when I have tried using with my cell phone--really better than expected. The bass is clear and good. The audio fidelity is impressive. Battery life: The battery life is very good. I can easily work 40 hrs before recharging--turning the unit off at the end of my shift--using 8+ hrs per day. I am very pleased with the battery life. The charging stand is very easy to use and is nice looking and has a relatively small footprint. The headset lines up with the charging connections flawlessly. You can also charge without the charging stand, but I'm not sure why--unless you are using it on the road and don't want to take the charging stance with you. So, if you plan to use this traveling, this would be a bonus feature. Audio prompts: I especially like the audio prompts: "Your headset is connected", "pairing", "powering on", "powering off", "low battery", "Your headset is disconnected". These are perfect--love this feature. Comfort: The headset is more comfortable than you might expect. I don't have any complaints regarding comfort--I use 8 hrs a day and they are comfortable as can be expected. Range: It is pretty good--I have not tested this feature much, since I don't move around while using it. Pairing: The unit pairs automatically and quickly--no problem there. And, you are confident it is connected because it tells you "Pairing", "Your headset is connected". The unit stays paired throughout my 8 hr shift--I've never had it disconnect randomly. It stays connected reliably. Noise cancellation: I don't work in a noisy environment, but it seems to work just fine in this respect. Using cell phone options: I haven't been using it in this way, so I cannot speak to using buttons for making/answering calls. Conclusion: I am really glad I bought it and it is worth what I paid for it. Highly recommend. Great for call center work. The sound quality is exceptional.     • Great headset at a great value
This headset has been great over the last month since ordering it and using it daily for multiple meetings each day plus many calls. The sound quality is really good and both myself and those I talk to can hear each other clearly. It's especially nice to use while making phone calls and then easily switching back to music or Zoom meetings. The battery life is also really good and I haven't had any issues after using it 9+ hours every day. I like that I have the option of being able to charge it with a smaller cord if you don't want to haul the stand around. The pairing is also quick if you switch between multiple devices and I personally find the headset comfortable and the range to be about 30 feet before losing coverage (behind a wall) which seems to be very standard in my house for Bluetooth devices. I personally like that audio prompts that tell you when you are turning it off or own as I'm always forgetting which position I left it in. It would be nice if the headset had an indicator light for off vs on but the audio prompts accomplish the same thing. Communication with the seller was great and they not only shipped the ordered headset quickly they also included a little scratch card in the packaging where I was fortunate to win a free single little over the ear Bluetooth headset from them (which they also shipped out very quickly). Personally I like this headset more than a prior headset that I owned and paid 2 times more for!     • Excellent product, great price!
After using this product over a month, I'd like to point out the following features: The clarity is first. I use this headset at my employer taking calls all day. The reception is top notch. The voice clarity is superb through the speakers and the microphone boom positions close enough to your mouth that you can speak comfortably without feeling like you are speaking to someone across the room. There is no latency in the conversation delivery as I've experienced in other products, and no echo. The battery life is outstanding. This product comes with a charging cradle that neatly holds the headset for charging or when not in use. I would gauge the typical charge time to be approximately 1 hour to full charge, and I usually charge this headset every other day. There is an auto power-off feature where the headset goes "dormant" when not in use, but they quickly spring back to active with the touch of the multi-function button on the side. The design of the headset allows it to adjust to any head size, and the fit is next to none. The cuffs are soft allowing for all-day wearing without the sensation of pressure or squeezing. I feel that this item is a terrific buy for those whose job is speaking with the public, making voice annotations, or for simply listening to audio. I have not tried them with any PC gaming applications, but I'm sure they would function as flawlessly. I highly recommend this headset, and at such an affordable price this product will leave you with little regrets. ... show more
