Item arrived a week after it was suppose to be delivered and it was for my grand daughters 4th birthday. Delivery date kept jumping around. Once we got the battery we charged it and it only lasted about 20 minutes. Charged it again and went to re install the next day and it was already dead after sitting on the counter over night. Charged again and the same problem the next morning. Battery will not hold a charge. So wanted to swap it out but then found out no return and it’s only been a week. Amazon is no help either. It is just a didgital loop in a circle. Customer service just keeps asking the same question over and over and no matter how many times I answer it it asks it again. Terrible seller, week late delivery, and defective item with no recourse. TERRIBLE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! ... show more

Battery ok. Use only small charger. Car or other chargers will cook these batteries. Only charge a few hours don’t leave plugged in longer term. Battery is fine but does not tolerate use like a golf cart battery or charger. Have had two burn up and boil when left on charger over 8 hours. We have a few of these and have learned they can not take long duration or higher volume charge ... show more
