The fan is quiet, however it doesn’t seem very strong. I have another fan that I’m thinking of putting back on because while it is louder it seems to move more air. The usb additional ports for the front are really nice. I’ve had problems with other after market ports not working with my mic and charging cables, don’t have a problem with this one. My system is also on a self and doesn’t have the greatest airflow, so if you have it in the open the fan may work just fine for you. The media could not be loaded. I ordered this product because PS5 would get pretty hot. I had my Bluetooth receiver connected to the back of PS5 for my headset and it would get so hot it would disconnect connection to headset constantly. After ordering this product I noticed right away PS5 didn’t get hot anymore. Plus the added ports in the front was nice as well. I definitely would recommend. Thank you! ... show more

The USB panel for multiple ports is great. The fan however, it gets VERY HOT! very quickly. I decided to toss the fan and baught vented plates for the PS instead that do the trick very well.

I ordered this for my husband who loves to game down and would often end up with a dead controller and headset. He was unable to charge them both at the same time using the front USB on the PS5, so the additional USBs on the front are the perfect solution and the additional cooling fan on the back has definitely improved the PS5’s cooling ability. Nice fan that isn't loud out all. Upgraded dust cover and touch panel to change fan speeds or turn it on and off are what make this the upgraded version. Blue light is also pretty nice in the dark. The USB hub is nice for when you need to charge multiple things. It not being compatible with the PSVR2 isnt great but I'm not sure any hub is as it needs a direct connection. Lastly, if you plan on never detaching the USB hub I highly recommend taking off the tiny stickers on the back of it and firmly attaching it to the PS5. I tried out the hub without doing this and unless you're extremely delicate. You need to hold the hub while unplugging anything. Otherwise, you'll pull out the entire hub. If not careful, you could damage your PS5 USB port or the USB hub itself. Overall, I'm very pleased with this fan and hub combo. Anyone, looking to keep their PS5 cooler should invest in one if not 2 extra ways to keep it cooler. Especially with how demanding games are becoming on our systems. ... show more
