First off, I think these are so much fun for kids. The magnets work well, and they are easy to play with. The colors are fun and overall, this is a very engaging toy. Unfortunately, they are on the smaller side. I was expecting these to be a little bigger.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this set during the two day prime sales, and I’m so happy I did. It comes with 30 pieces, in multiple colors and a carry bag. Great for creativity and very durable and versatile, which snap together nicely. My toddler loves building stuff and plays everyday with them. These are just okay. If you have the original magformers, you will see the difference right away. They are exactly the same size which helps if you want to expand your set, but they are definitely weaker and whatever your kid builds, breaks at this sets pieces all the time. They just aren’t strong enough for larger builds. My kids just play with them separately and don’t try to build anything large. ... show more
