Fairly easy to install, could have had clearer wiring instructions. Being an electronics tech, I figured it out but the instructions could use a re-write. Also bought it June 19th, looked it up today and found out it was 15% off now. Wish I had waited a couple of days.

It does work. The flow rate in my situation to maintain a hot temperature is fairly low. It does maintain temperature good enough for it to be useful for regular things like showering and doing dishes, but not quite at the water pressure I was hoping for. I wanted it as a back up in the situation where I run out of propane. Should still be good for that. When water quits flowing through it, it shuts off and when water starts flowing through it again it turns back on. Essentially everything works as intended. As long as you have everything needed for plumbing it in and wiring it in, it is easy to set up. It would depend on your situation as to whether or not I would recommend it. We added this to our 3rd story bathroom because our main hot water heater is located in the basement, and it takes too long to get hot water upstairs. My husband has wanted to add a tankless water heater up there for a while now and he kept telling me that I would love it. He was right, what a difference it has made, and I do love it. I no longer have to run the water for a while before I can fill the tub for my boys. So, we are saving on the water bill, being more efficient with our time and helping the environment all in one swoop. Not to mention, this is the prettiest water heater we've ever had. LOL. It adds an updated, modern look to our space, and it doesn't take up a ton of space. It is easy to use and easy to adjust the water temperature. Regarding installation, I did not install this tankless water heater my husband did so I can only speak to installation through him. Although his profession is a locksmith, he has also worked in construction and knows a little about a lot of things. He said that it's not a horrible installation but to do it one should be familiar or at least have some experience and concept of plumbing. I don't know all of the details, but he did end up calling a plumbing buddy of his to ask questions. Also, he said the instructions were not as straightforward as they needed to be, and he had to watch a video or two as well. We haven't used this tankless water heater long enough to discuss durability, but the description says there is a free 3-year limited warranty offered and 24/7 customer service available.
