    • These are very large bags to get water cold
I wasn’t sure if you should be freezing these and placing them in the ice plunge and I don’t think you should. Over time and if you overfill, the ice when expanding would damage the bag or plastic cap. I have been using these with filling with cold water and placing in fridge and then maybe in the freezer and hour before using to really making the water chilled but not frozen. Then pouring into the ice plunge. These wouldn’t hold enough water to fill an ice plunge but useful for help dropping down the temperature. I have been using to try and have water in the 50 degree mark. Not the highest of quality. ... show more
