Xbox runs hotter then with out fan batteries fit no controlers locked in using stand to hold xbox and extra usbs on stand for charging or powering other items.

This is so sleek and so beautiful on the Xbox. The controller batteries are flush with the standard series x controllers, and the charge lasts a good couple hours of consistent play. Plugging it in the first time was a little sketchy, as I felt like I was going to break the port, but after some practice you learn how to set it on and remove it like a pro. You can also tell when it is fully charged or still charging based on the red/green color controller on the base itself. The lights are very bright, and as you can see by one of the photos, it plugs directly into the xbox (pulls power from xbox, no additional plugs, this includes the part that charges your controller. The back plug additionally has a plastic stand to put your headset on, but personally its a bit light, and in a weird spot, so we don't use that portion. The fan itself does need to be turned on via a button on the back, but once on, you can immediately tell the difference and how much it helps your xbox. Great for the price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This stand fits the xbox x perfectly and I love the 2 controller charging ports with the lights that tell you when they are charging or done. You have to use the batteries it comes with so if they ever stop working you'll have to buy more of their brand I assume. The colored lights can be set to any color you wish or can color change. I don't actually have any physical copies of games anymore so I used a DVD as reference in my photos to show the game holder. On to the headset holder... it's ok. I hate that the smooth side is facing the wall instead of the front. It's the more attractive side. And even though the holder stick it does fit in the slit either way, you can only put in it one way if you want your headset secure and not risk sliding off. Your xbox is what powers the stand and the fan is the connection for that so you have to plug in the fan even if you don't really wanna use it. Also the connection is quite loose so you will probably have to push it back in after a few uses of the headset stand, it slowly wiggles it out with every headset placement. The fan it isn't loud enough to be distracting and with a headset on you aren't going to hear it. This means of course that it takes up a usb slot, they do include an extra slot on the stand to make up for that, however, after plugging in my headset dongle and external hard drive, I have no slots left to charge my headset. I originally thought the stand had its own power supply and the "extra USB slot" was gonna come in handy, until I realized you have to take up and xbox USB to use the stand. It's a love hate for that feature. Grateful I didn't have to use another outlet in my house but then also...I had to plug my headset in to charge so I used an outlet slot in the end anyway! I also recently got an elite controller so I no longer use the controller charger part. I also keep my headset in my couch storage now so honestly besides the fan and light the stand is quite bulky for my needs now. But if you do use the original controllers, don't have an external hard drive, have phyical copies of games, and want to add RGB lights to your setup, then this is perfect for you! ... show more

I got this for my gaming brother and he loves it. It charges the controllers fast and keeps the system from overheating. It’s a nice way to keep the game controller and headphones organized. A great gift or if you’re a gamer a great gift to yourself!
