We were able to take our phones underwater to snorkel and got amazing photos and videos of sea turtles, manta rays, sharks, penguins, and sea lions in the Galápagos Islands. Based on the other reviews, we knew we might struggle with the touch screen or various buttons underwater, so we were prepared for that. Sometimes the touch screen would work and sometimes it wouldn’t. We’d have to press really hard - but in the end, it still worked and kept our phones bone dry for the duration of four hour+ snorkel sessions. The videos we were able to capture are incredible memories of our adventures. So glad it worked and we’d recommend this case to others! ... show more

Case seemed fine when I bought it. I set it up and took some photos in the house. Brought it on vacation and ended up carrying it around the entire two hour snorkeling trip. Once it is in the water and the front is compressed to the phone face it would not take pictures. If you need a case that seals your phone like fishing or canoeing it will work great. I’m pretty disappointed in this product. Does not perform as advertised. Maybe the generation 3 works better since it has a hard face cover. ... show more

    • It is a firm and durable diving- or snorkelingcase.
Unfortunately it doesn't work. With the camera inside but no cover we could make pictures and video's. After closing the case we couldn't make photo's or video's with the button. Everything was correctly installed (otherwise it wouldn't work with the case open). We even tried to prevent the smartphone from moving by putting something between the Phone and the side of the case. Nothing worked. It is a loss of money and we still have no underwater photo's and video's. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. PROS: all 6 clamps are super strong ans seemed to hold up very well in my tests both in the pool and ocean. CONS: much bigger than it needs to be, absolutely will NOT float, so plan accordingly, the wrist leash is strong, but started to unravel after the first day. (upside is that it’s easy to fix - still I don’t want to do that) Biggest CON for me was the water accumulating on the front exactly right in front of the subject regardless of photo or video. Check the end of the video. In some cases the spots was completely on the subject the entire time. All photos and video are as good as the camera on the phone you use. For all intents and purposes, this is only designed for recreational use. But it seemed to get the job done. Aside from the annoying water spots (which is a big deal to me) this is a great tool for 100% below the surface use. Photo use will show some distortion due to the plastic covering the lens. Good for snorkeling or shallower dives if scuba is your thing. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this case i bought to take it to my vacation in Mexico and it works very well the water dosen't go inside the case. I highly recommend it.
