I took everything straight out of the box, plugged in the glue gun and put a glue stick inside. Instructions say to pull the trigger to get the glue to come in... This did pull the dent out quite a bit... the black colored glue is actually pretty strong and comes off the car pretty easily with the scraper tool. Once you cover the tools with glue, the glue adheres to them pretty strong. ... show more

I tried this on multiple dents and it didn't work for any of them. It might work for larger dents but I don't think it's any good for dents smaller than a quarter size.

Used this on three different dings on my vehicle, two small dime size dings and a larger fender dent (no creases, or cracked paint). Didn't work on any of the dents. The glue (I tried both the white and black glue sticks) wasn't strong enough to adhere to the vehicle to pull the dent. When you attach the puller and start cranking down, the glue will release from the vehicle. Spent more time trying (unsuccessfully) to remove the glue from the pull pads than anything else. I might try and see if there is some stronger glue sticks available but otherwise this kit is useless (unless you need/want a glue gun). ... show more
