  • Great screen and good battery life
3-6-23 Update So I have had this phone for over a year and change. I still really like it a lot. The camera is still not the greatest though. I reread the summery and am a bit confused about why they are stating this phone doesn't work with sprint. I have tello which at the time ran on the sprint network. It works perfectly fine on sprint and with it being one of the cheaper networks had great phone service for a awesome price. Also they keep lowering the price. The cheapest gigs I have found and have been with them for 5 years which is a life time for me really. Service seams to have gotten better with the merger with tmobile. I do miss having the program list and not having everything on the desktop and having to organize folders for it. The battery life is fine but have noticed some slight differences and everything else is still working like new. There is one issue I have been having. The charging port wears out. After a while I start having connections issues to the point were it wont charge. this is actually a easy fix. The phone is not glued together it has snaps that hold it. you can open it easily. You need to get one of those tools that look like a guitar pick and you need a small screw driver set. You will loose vibrate unless you can reattach the cable with a hot iron. It is simple but some may not want to do that. It's fine tho as is. I have had to replace a couple of times and the card is about $10. I keep a spare available. it s not a issue replacing it. I do like having the ability to also easily replace the battery or anything else. The screen is beautiful and responsive still. There is now more case options available on amazon and ebay now and I thankfully put on a screen protector on. Good thing too. I have dropped the phone a couple of times and the protector cracked. The lcd is fine though and i will replace the protector at some point. No other damage. I do think this is my favorite phone I have had and the price is very good for what I do. I may at some point upgrade to the newest and actually buy brand new and not break the bank doing it. 11-20-21 update So I have had this phone for a month and half and I will say I am impressed. I installed my second sim and ext storage and had no problems. The two sims work a bit differently than I thought it did. I can Choose to with out the second sim turned on sent a text or even call out on the second line however I have to turn the sim on to receive calls and text. There is a setting were I can choose defaults on things like call, text and data. On my last pass i figured out the permanent switch and got it turned on but some times doesn't stayed logged in. I do really miss having the program list and not have everything on the desktop. My ext memory works fine. The battery is wow. I love it On the camera I am starting to like it a bit more and it takes good pictures. I have gotten a software to edit a bit. I am by no means a expert on camera stuff though. On the case issue I finally found cases on aliexpress and they are really cheap. I may pick up a batch. I can really see making a profit on selling on ebay also. I still hate the sticker on the back! WTF there is some kind of super strong clear tape and sticker that I can't get off. I don't want anything on the back thank you. The performance has been great and no issues. The finger scanner still looks like it tries a couple of times but its quick. No issues with it not getting in my phone or program. it also has a super battery saver that really limits the phone if low on power. Now some bad parts No nfc No wireless charging Not VR compatible I have found out that this phone can be rooted so may at some point change android os. ----- 10-5-21 I just got the phone to day so haven't put the phone through its entire paces. To start what I am looking for in it. strong battery life good screen and size Duel sim ext storage stable os and function So far the phone battery is holding good with only moving a few % with some intensive programs. Screen looks great and clear I have installed my one sim. I am currently waiting on the other one to set up. From what I have read I will not be able to have both on at the same time Have not tested ext storage yet but for see no issues I have been testing the os and there is good and bad Seems to be stable but doesn't have the programs list. Everything is on the desktop so I moved all the excess programs I will not use or much to one desktop and in folders. There is no lastpass option on the drop down and am having a issue with after setting the menu up and using sometimes will go away. I have tello and I put my sims card in and immediately was recognized. Within one reboot data also works. Tello is on the tmobile network. The easiest time I have ever had installing a sim and getting it working The bad Camera!! If you have good lighting and the object isn't moving and give it a couple of seconds it can take a halfway decent picture. But that is it. Haven't tried the video recorder. finger scanner=It works but some programs seem to act like the scanner had to try a couple of times before scanning in. NOT the fastest. Cases= the phone did come with a new case and screen protector. the screen protector is crap. The case is good enough however there are not many options. Just that one and a wallet one. I would rather like a few options sticker on back- There is the serial number and network info on a sticker that will not come off. i would have rather not have anything on the phone especially with a clear case. Will update with more after testing ... show more

  • Awesome!
Upgraded from a galaxy S7 I am not no tech expert by all means. Compatible with mint mobile! Does everything I need to get done. Takes great pictures, fingerprint reader works, great screen quality, surprisingly longer battery life than I'm used to. I feel like I got a reasonable upgrade combined with a much cheaper monthly bill. ... show more

  • Worst phone I have ever owned
The phone itself has a nice design and great battery life. The down side, this phone does not support LTE, I put a sim card in it and it says not supported. Therefore, I can't make calls or text or browse the web. Is basically useless, unless you are going to be connected to the wifi. I added a game from Google play and the phone can't process the game, it has some much lag and it freezes. As I am writing this review, it has a delayed in typing. The fingerprint sensor is a hit and miss situation. Sometimes it will work and most the time it will not work, which will end up locking your phone. It shows 3 cameras, but it only has 2 cameras, the third camera is fake. This is the worst phone you could possibly get. I wouldn't even recommend this for playing, the RAM does not support most games. You can't add a SD card with content in it because it will not display and you will be promoted to format the SD card. Overall, can't be used for calling, texting, web browsing over mobile network. Fingerprint sensor hardly works, the phone RAM is very low, which makes me think the RAM information is fake and is lower than advertised. Must format every SD card before adding one. iPhone 4 has a better processor than this Ulefone Note 9. Don't be fooled by this garbage of a phone. I wouldn't even recommend for kids usage. Makes me wonder why people sugarcoat their reviews. Perhaps they got them for free? Reviews are what is supposed to save you the hassle at the cost of others. Anyhow, that's all the issues I am having with this Ulefone. Extremely disappointed and waste of money. Btw, the camera quality grainy and quite dark when using or taking photos. ... show more

  • Good secondary or backup phone.
Writing this review on the ulephone note 9p. Little slow but seems decent for the price. Camera is legit garbage but otherwise the phone seems decent. I bought this as a secondary for my spare att line. Phone calls and text worms fine as well as data. Had an isse where it wouldn't download apps and after a restart all was good. Battery seems great and comwith with a screen protector and case what else could you ask for from a $150 new unlocked phone. I'd have no problems using this for a couple days if my OnePlus 9 pro had to go in for warranty repairs or something. Overall a fair secondary phone. ... show more
