After a few days trying to access the system files and the os blocking me, os blocking usb connections even after turning on usb debug, preventing me from opening any files that might be related to unknown traffic leaving the phone, sensitive authorization that the phone changed and in the logs the phone silenced the alerts to tell me it did, logs also showed my data leaving the phone to an unknown end point, security updates were blocked, os on theupdate screen said what listing says, but i was able to scan the phone with an app that pulled the limited data from under the hood and it was older than listed, ram was 4gb NOT 8, strage was around 110gb before os install and not 256, cameras were pixelated kind of poor quality, ui in the operating system resembled android 8 or lower, and get this... there was a second android operating system running piggyback on the main os. In the end... after a few hours of me talking to amazon's higher up tech group regarding this prime shipped cellphone, Amazon refunded me. So resolution was fine in that regard. But these phones need to be recalled. How many people are walking around with hacked phones from amazon? 10? 100? 10,000? Be careful of no name cell phones. only buy from sellers you know are selling safe devices. *I was able to grab packets leaving this phone and am going to do some work and then hand the device and all the data and info I currently have plus what I find to the feds. ... show more

    • Device can't be activated with provided imei. Imei provided is associated to a NOKIA

Unfortunately it looks exactly like a one plus12 and as the product photos and description states in the listing seller posted on AMAZON. But the device IMEI NUMBERS are not for one12. According to imei provided by device to use, and carrier needs to activate SIM and plan I bought, its a NOKIA ! Listing said unlocked for all carriers. This was not the case. Imei info provided by phone stated device is a NOKIA device and mobile provider or carrier was not able to activate sim. The serial number provided by device also raised a issue. I've no choice have to return for refund. can provide imei and serial number to seller if needed. NOTE THIS really sucks cause I loved it just wanted it to work so I could make / receive calls n texts. ... show more
