So I had this phone for a week and it started to freeze after a few days. It started on glitching and screen started to display doubles. Also doesn't install apps from previous phone through backup. Too good to be true. Looking at the specs of the phone, it might have been a budget phone with expectations of a much higher costing phone. But I will never know. I put the att@t sim card in it and instantly got a text from Att@t that it was incompatible. It States it works for all carriers. Yes, I should have checked the At@t list of approval first. Which I don't think has been updated for a long time anyway. Unfortunately the phones were returned, and we wait for the refund. In the meantime I will be looking for a different carrier. This phone is not compatible with Google play protect which means you can not download or update apps through Google play. I had no idea phones were tested through Google. This one obviously didn't pass.
