Worst phone I have ever had. Videos lag. Opening apps take minutes if your lucky. Apps crash and have to be deleted and reinstalled wouldn't recommend for a 3 year old kid. Screen is not as pictured does not go edge to edge as advertised. Battery life isn't as advertised. Calls are either dropped or not received never had this problem till I switched to this phone. Half the time touch screen does not responded. Advertised new yet came with Sim card and screen protector already attached. Charger that was provided wouldn't work had to buy a new charger. Bought the extra warranty but am afraid to see what will replace it. Auto update is a joke as well. ... show more

If you really are desperate to lose money buy this phone. I honestly would not call this a phone, it lost network, battery would last less than 20 mins, the picture was terrible, it was so disappointing. I wished I had given the money to a homeless. Eventually I had to trash it into a bin less than a week after buying it. This phone does not even deserve a one star, its a fraud for sure. ... show more

I tried the phone and the display was lagging a lot, game play was difficult jittering and lagging. Settings -> About shows the stats as described above, however, its confusing how this device is so slow and lagging with these specs. Charging the batter was fast, the alert volume was LOUD even though I turned volume(s) down, it was unclear what alert volume setting these were using. Downloading from Google Play was extremely slow even though Fast.com showed over 66 MBS down. I do not recommend this phone. ... show more

I was really disappointed in the phone ,it was extremely slow and froze a lot. Sound quality was poor. It's definitely not something I would recommend.

This isn't the original c20, but it's alright. Definitely slow/laggy, but it works if you're in a pinch. It does charge fast it comes with a free screen protector as well as a clear sort of case for the phone so it's not too bad for the price it is. I'd buy another if the price was cheaper.
