Powerful Machine! It juices ginger and heavy roots easily, more power than the Ruby 2000 which i have been using everyday at work for the last two years. I bought the Uniworld 750 from ABestKitchen and they have excellent Customer Service. Note: this juicer is very loud, i work with earplugs on. It is Louder than the Ruby but there is a Big difference in price also! Very pleased with this machine! ... show more

    • Buyer beware
Juicer worked great when it was working. It is loud however it produces a ton of juice and yield is as good as I've ever seen on juice. That being said customer service sucks and juicer isn't durable. We used this juicer 3 months until it quit working (seems to be an internal issue). Although I paid for the extended warranty it was not honored. After battling with the manufacturer and back and forth to the seller we had no luck. I made 20+ phone calls and have a string of 50+ emails and they will do everything they can to not replace the broken unit. Great juicer especially for the price however customer service gets a zero in my book. ... show more

Don't buy this juicer if you can avoid it! Not the best quality compared to the more expensive models but it works, kind of. Also you should know this company has absolutely the worse kind of customer service. So if anything breaks don't expect any positive service whatsoever and they will charge you minimum of $50 for any part, including a 5$ they will charge you their minimum part price of $50. ... show more
