Looks like a good fit. The bolts do not hit the muffler on the kohler engine and the slotted holes are used on the hitch. The color is a little off as others have mentioned but it's not enough to look that bad. Best value that I've found so far.

great made product and includes proper bolts, however the spacing of the hole requires at least one hole to be drilled in the back of the mower to fit. Not a drop in part or I would have rated it five stars. You can see from the image how far off the hole is. the Bolt on the left is a factory drilled hole, that bolt on the far right is also a factory drilled hole. as you can see I needed to add the middle bold hole to make this work. Also you have to be careful when drilling and the muffler sits directly one the other side of this location and it would be easy to drill all the way through. ... show more

This hitch was trashed after one day of hard use. I would only recommend this if you have light duty uses for it. I was hauling railroad ties on a trailer to use for some pathways in the woods. After half a day of work, the hitch was bent so bad that it would no longer work. If you have light duty, then I'm sure it's fine, but I expected a ball hitch attachment that could do some work. ... show more
