This is an excellent pair of boots that feel comfy and secure, and they look exactly like the product pictures. The midsole is solid puncture-resistant Kevlar, they've got steel toes for safety, and they're waterproof yet breathable enough to wear consistently in cool weather. The laces are sturdy and secured around the top by the 'ribbon' that goes around the sides of the boots, which makes them feel more secure, plus it looks cool. Overall they're a great pair of boots and I'm going to keep wearing them whenever I need a heavy-duty winter boots. As for downsides, they're minor. The removable insoles are a joke and you'll absolutely want to replace those thin foam things with something stronger for the sake of your feet. The bits of the boots that you secure the laces through are only sewn on. They are double-sewn with double-thick thread, which from what I can see makes them more likely to last a long while, but I think that could have been improved even further by attaching them with some kind of thick adhesive as well. I'll update this review right away if they develop any issues. These shoes are explicitly made with extra room in the toes, and they're very comfy if you like your feet being able to breathe. If you're used to things like high heels or similar too-small footwear, then you'll want to pick a smaller size than you usually get, because these let your feet actually sit comfortably in them. That seems to be people's main complaint about these shoes, which makes sense because most people get shoes too small thanks to how we measure foot size. So, if you would prefer that your shoes be too small for your feet to expand outwards like they do naturally, or you find high heels and similar foot binders comfortable, then you will want to pick a size smaller than you usually get. They fit me perfectly however at exactly the size I usually get, and they're comfy and give my feet room to live, which is what I want out of heavy-duty footwear like this. The fabric these are covered in isn't your typical fabric, it's more of a plasticky kind of fabric, some kind of nylon or something similar. Either way, it's breathable and it resists water so you can freely step into puddles and walk around in the rain without needing to worry about your socks getting wet. That's important to me, as I do a lot of walking around in wet environments, and I need boots that can both keep my feet dry and maintain traction, and these do a good job of that thanks to the rubber treads on the bottom that has a good grip and doesn't leave marks or wear easily. It's hard to give a complete review since shoes need to be worn constantly to get an impression of them, but I've worn these for a couple weeks now before writing this review. I'll keep wearing them when the weather is right, and I'll update this review if I have any issues with them at all down the line. I only review things that I personally use myself on a regular and continued basis. I always give my full, honest, unbiased and unfiltered opinion on everything I review. I will not hold back or avoid describing any issues I have with a product. I write exactly what I think about things - the good, the bad, the ugly, and the questionable. If I get multiple of something it's because I regularly use and need both of them. These are great boots! First of all, these are amazingly comfortable. I put these on barefooted and they felt wonderful. The inner soles are supportive and soft. The inner lining of faux fur is not only warm, but also very plush and comfortable. The workmanship of this shoe seems top-notch. I can find no faults anywhere with these boots. My actual shoe size is 11.5. However, I almost always order size 12 shoes, so I have extra room. I read a few reviews that said these boots ran bigger. So, I ordered a size 11.5 instead of my normal size 12 orders. If I had ordered size 12, they would have been a bit large. At size 11.5, these will fit me perfectly when I’m wearing crew socks. My estimation is that these boots run about a half-size larger than advertised. These are steel toe boots. If it did not say that in the advertisement, you would never know. With most steel toe boots and shoes you can feel the hard toe area. Not with these. I cannot feel anything hard in the toe area. That’s just the way I like it. Overall, I cannot heap enough superlatives on these boots. They have quickly become my go-to cold weather boots. Additionally, the asking price on these seems like a bargain. ... show more

PRODUCT/THOUGHTS: Requested the size 8 Mens and received a shoe with a tag labeled 8/9. These fit very large and are really a size 9 or 9.5 Mens. These are a 9-inch high, waterproof boot with a fur-like lining. They have a steel toe and a thick bottom with plenty of grip. They do have an extreme rubber smell, which can be too much for some people. These are a wonderful winter boot for camping, snow, rain, and hiking. They are well-padded and comfortable inside and have plenty of toe room. I would definitely recommend these, but size down & air out well. ... show more

I work in warehouse environment so it gets cold after a certain time of the day , these boots made sure I didn’t get cold and are steel toe which are mandatory where I work! They feel comfortable in the inside , plus slipping them off was easy . Usually boots Iv had are a mission to take off after work, they came right off . The grip in the bottom also an added plus,it has decent grip, ensures you stay on your feet . The current price they have it at right now is a steal , Iv had boots that cost $100 that had around the same quality as these . ... show more

I was pretty excited to get these boots but was very disappointed after receiving them. They seem to be of decent construction, and look reasonably durable. The style isn’t that great, but I already knew what I was getting in that department, plus they are work boots and not dress shoes after all. My disappointment is about the size. I wear size 9. Even though this should really not be the case for anyone, I am used to a given size (9 in my case) being a little different from shoe to shoe and brand to brand. But these boots are so large that my feet swim in them! They are clearly marked as size 9 on the insole, but there is a weird tag on the flap that says “US 9/[10]”. I am not sure how to interpret that. Regardless of that, this is at least a full size too large and maybe even by one and a half? ... show more

I got two pairs of winter boots for me and my husband and these are his which are significantly better quality than the version I got for myself. We wear the same shoe size and this fit both of us comfortably so they seem true to size to me and I did not have any issues with these being too big like some other reviewers. The sole does feel pretty heavy though so it might not be comfy if you prefer super light weight shoes, these are pretty heavy. However they are very warm and feel water resistant so far, no moisture inside. Really happy with them and they feel like nice quality boots for the price! ... show more
